Reflection #3

Chat-bots! Help desk has been focusing in on chat-bots. A chat-bot may sound weird and something you don't know about but there is a good change you do. For example, Siri is a chat-bot. Basically what they do is have n output for every input. When you say to Siri "What is your name" (input) her output is "My name is Siri". But in reality she is just a voice that can respond with very in-depth outputs. In help desk, we are currently in the process of creating a chat-bot to help students with issues if Mr. Wong or students are not in the room. Our outputs could be, "What can i help you with" "What kind of device do you have" etc. But we are not alone, currently, many people and companies are making far more advanced chat-bots. For example, facebook, and google. There are even chat-bots that sound so realistic they can have a phone call without a real person knowing they're a bot. #Theworldischanging
